Phan Named Editor

Phan has been named an editor-elect of the Academy of Management Perspectives. Phil will begin in the position July 1, 2015. Appearing in February, May, August, and November, the journal publishes articles and symposia on matters associated to management and enterprise. The Academy of Management is the world’s oldest and largest scholarly association that addresses such points. In addition to his roles on the Carey Business School, Phan is on the core school of the Johns Hopkins Medicine Armstrong Institute for Patient Safety and Quality, and he has an appointment as visiting professor of medication at the National University of Singapore Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine. Phan’s research examines company concept views of technology entrepreneurship and innovation administration, specializing in biomedical discovery and innovation. He has printed more than eighty peer-reviewed analysis articles in such journals because the Academy of Management Journal, Strategic Management Journal, Journal of International Business, Journal of Management, Journal of Business Venturing, and Research Policy. He is senior editor for the Journal of Business Venturing, and affiliate editor for the Journal of Family Business Strategy, Journal of Technology Transfer, and Journal of Financial Stability. Phan served two terms on the editorial evaluate board of the Academy of Management Journal.
